Financial stress in private practice often comes from unclear workflows rather than lack of clinical skill. This program focuses on the systems therapists need to manage billing, payments, reimbursement, client balances, claim follow-up, and financial organization. Participants will explore how consistent workflows reduce administrative burden, support client communication, improve cash flow, and help clinicians build a more stable and sustainable practice.

Learning Objectives

After this program, participants will be able to:

  • Identify at least three financial workflows needed to support a sustainable counseling practice.

  • Describe how inconsistent billing, payment, or follow-up systems can impact practice stability.

  • Develop one actionable step for strengthening financial systems within their practice.

This program offers 1.5 NBCC hours.
