Program Description
The client experience begins long before the first therapy session. This program focuses on the systems and communication practices that move a prospective client from first inquiry to consultation, intake, paperwork, payment expectations, scheduling, and first appointment. Participants will explore how a clear intake process supports client trust, reduces administrative confusion, strengthens compliance, and creates a smoother clinical and operational start to treatment.
Learning Objectives
After this program, participants will be able to:
Identify the key steps in a clear first-contact-to-first-session workflow.
Describe how intake systems support client communication, compliance, and clinical readiness.
Develop one improvement to strengthen the intake process in their practice.

This program offers 1.5 NBCC hours.
