Program Description
Most therapists are trained to provide excellent clinical care, but few are taught the business systems and structures required to build a sustainable private practice. This program introduces the core foundations of practice ownership, including business structure, revenue planning, client flow, documentation, billing, policies, and long-term sustainability. Participants will explore how strong systems support ethical care, reduce overwhelm, and help clinicians build practices that align with their professional identity and goals.
Learning Objectives
After this program, participants will be able to:
Identify at least three core systems needed to support a sustainable private practice.
Describe how business structures and clinical systems impact long-term practice stability.
Develop one actionable next step for strengthening the foundation of their practice.
CE Information
This program offers 1.5 NBCC hours.
