Program Description
Growing from solo practice to group practice requires more than adding clinicians; it requires leadership, structure, delegation, financial planning, policies, onboarding, supervision systems, and a clear vision for growth. This program introduces the foundational decisions and systems therapists need to consider when building a practice that can function beyond the owner’s direct clinical work. Participants will explore the transition from clinician to leader and identify the operational, financial, and clinical structures needed to support sustainable group practice growth.
Learning Objectives
After this program, participants will be able to:
Identify at least three systems needed to support the transition from solo to group practice.
Describe how leadership, delegation, and operational structure impact group practice sustainability.
Develop one actionable next step for preparing their practice for future growth.

This program offers 1.5 NBCC hours.
