Kira Torre, LMFT

Kira is the founder of Ever After Therapy and a licensed marriage and family therapist with a passion for helping clinicians build practices that are clinically sound, operationally clear, and sustainable over time. In addition to her clinical background, Kira focuses on the systems behind successful practice ownership, including workflow design, technology integration, documentation processes, team communication, and scalable infrastructure. Her teaching helps therapists move beyond survival-mode practice management and toward intentional systems that support ethical care, professional identity, and long-term growth.

Emily Daubenmire

Emily brings experience in building and strengthening practices, nonprofits, and mission-driven businesses designed to last. Their work focuses on sustainable operations, organizational structure, leadership development, and the practical systems that allow helping professionals and service-based organizations to grow without losing clarity or purpose. Emily helps clinicians and business owners think strategically about infrastructure, decision-making, team roles, and long-term sustainability so their work can have a lasting impact.

Courtney Cox

Courtney is a billing strategist and insurance revenue expert who helps therapists understand and optimize the financial systems behind private practice. Her work focuses on insurance billing, coding strategy, reimbursement workflows, claims management, denials, revenue recovery, and helping clinicians get paid accurately for the work they provide. Courtney brings a practical, systems-based approach to billing and revenue strategy, supporting therapists in building practices that are financially clear, compliant, and sustainable.
